“He who says he can and he who says he can't are both usually right”
Since the release of "Start-NO-Stop", Pharah Phitted has continued to captivate her fans and the industry execs with her "New Wave". This Pittsburgh native brings a fresh new sound and is setting the bar high with her recent release "Call 4 U".
Raised in Pittsburgh - Home of the well known Steelers - Pharah began to understand the importance of a fanbase. Pittsburgh Steelers has the biggest fan base out of all the NFL teams, and Pharah Phitted is one of them.
Pharah began to recognize her gifts at the tender age of 4. She would perform for her enormous family and belt songs like, "Nobody's Supposed to Be Here" by Deborah Cox, and her favorite, "Run To You" by Whitney Houston.
Her family was very musically inclined and she was submerged at a young age into the sounds of Tupac Shakur, BlackStreet, Stevie Wonder and more! It became apparent that her love was music and the arts.
It wasn't always peaches and creams though, Pharah experienced many hardships after realizing that she was an LGBT woman who dresses masculine. She was the first female to wear a tuxedo in her High School after a series of strenuous meetings with the school board.
Before graduating High School, she joined an LGBT group and also won "Most Musically Inclined".
Shortly after those blissful years, her best friend passed away via suicide and that completely rocked Pharah's world. "She was my right hand.." Pharah began, "We had plans to do this together.. I thought to myself... Why did you leave me man?"
This lit a fire under Pharah like never before, since then she has auditioned for The Voice, American Idol and submitted an audition tape to become the new face of Rue21. She has locked in multiple endorsement deals with international companies in relation to: shoes, clothing, liquor and hair products.
Pharah Phitted's numbers are constantly increasing and her recent single "Call 4 U" reached over 20,000 streams on Spotify within the first week of release! The visual will be releasing before the new year and will be played on many cable channels that cannot be discussed at this time... stay tuned for that!
Pharah Phitted is not only an incredible singer, songwriter and rapper; she is also an entrepreneur that wants to build and create ways to make this world a better place.
"I'm going to start with my city.. then I'll work on the rest of the world."
Pharah Phitted truly is the "New Wave", the breath of fresh air and the light that the industry desperately needs.
Pharah is often compared to some of the greatest artist that came before her for example: Lauren Hill, Erykah Badu, Tupac, Eminem, Da Brat, MC Lyte, Queen Latifa and Whitney Houston!
Stay tuned for what she has in store, her debut album, "Pharah ft. Phitted" is scheduled to be released in 2020! She is coming for her crown!
